Jordan White, BSN, RN, CFRN

Jordan is the lead master injector in Gilbert, AZ. Jordan has extensive training by some of the most renowned injectors in the world including Dr. Sam Assassa and Julie Horne. Jordan is known for his lip techniques as well as mid and lower face restoration. Jordan has years of experience in critical care, more specifically as a medevac nurse! Jordan continues to be a highly sought-after injector here in the valley and has clients who travel from all over the state to see him! Jordan says, “I enjoy the ability to bring my patient’s goals to reality by using the latest and safest techniques.” When Jordan isn’t behind the needle, he loves spending time outdoors with his beautiful wife Lauren and baby girl Emma Grace.

Dr. Carey J. Nease

Dr. Carey J. Nease is triple board-certified cosmetic surgeon—American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has performed more than 10,000 surgical procedures. His research has been published in several aesthetic surgical journals, he has written several book chapters, and he has given numerous lectures and presentations for his peers across the country.

As a Fellowship Director for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, he provides training to American Board of Medical Specialties-certified fellows who are either general surgeons, plastic surgeons or head and neck surgeons. He is trustee of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and 2018 president of the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS). He is the lead physician for Nease Cosmetic Surgery, with two practice locations offering plastic surgery and medical spa treatments. And finally, he was named Best of the Best Cosmetic Surgeon for seven consecutive years in Chattanooga, TN and the North Georgia area.

Dr. Sarah Carter

When down-to-earth surgeon Dr. Sarah Carter decided to treat herself to a Vivace treatment one day, she felt so amazing afterward that she was inspired to recreate that feeling for others in the world.

A native of Erie, PA, Dr. Carter attended college at Cornell University, graduating Cum Laude with a degree in biological sciences and a concentration in neurobiology and behavioral sciences. During her time at Cornell, she played Division I ice hockey. Dr. Carter earned her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh and subsequently completed her general surgery training at the Medstar/Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC. Following residency, she completed a trauma surgery and critical care fellowship at Christiana in Newark, Delaware.

Dr. Carter currently works as a trauma and critical care surgeon at multiple hospitals along the east coast and in the Midwest. She enjoys helping trauma programs in rural settings grow and achieve success in caring for underserved communities and populations.

Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, Dr. Carter has been involved in multiple startups. Her passion for creating and growing businesses to fit the needs of her clients and patients has brought her to the medical spa industry. Her goal is to help her clients and patients build confidence and feel powerful by offering high-impact, low-downtime procedures to all ages, genders, and skin types. As a result, she hopes her patients experience more inner and outer beauty.

In her downtime Dr. Carter enjoys scuba diving, paddle boarding, international travel, and spending time with her family and many pets.

Annette Wychgram, MSN, APN, FNP-C, FAM

Annette Wychgram is a Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Beauty Refined in Denver, CO. She is a skilled cosmetic injector with a focus on delivering natural looking results. While growing her business over the last 8 years she has sought out the best technology to incorporate into her business plan to be able to offer and deliver the best results to her clients. Annette is a Galderma GAIN and Prollenium trainer and provides many one-on-one private trainings. She has her Aesthetic Anti-Aging Medicine Fellowship from the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine. She is laser certified through the National Council on Laser Certification. Annette believes that the key to natural aging includes a regimen of a high-quality skincare products, aesthetic injectables, and laser treatments.
