Justin Cohen, MD

Justin Cohen, M.D., F.A.C.S is a Washington, D.C.area native who graduated from top-rated Eastern Virginia Medical School where he was awarded early induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Cohen then completed a General Surgery internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. His residency experience included mentorship by world-renowned surgeons Dr. Andrew Jacono and Dr. Steven Pearlman. He trained at two Ivy League institutions – Columbia and Cornell, served as Chief of his residency program, and Fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital.

Upon completing his training, Dr. Cohen entered the Air Force to serve as Director for the division of Facial Plastic Surgery at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. For his many contributions during his time in Active Duty, he was honored with the Meritorious Service Medal and multiple commendations.

Subsequently, Dr. Cohen pursued even greater specialization in Facial Cosmetic Surgery by completing a year-long Fellowship with Drs. Mark and Robert Glasgold in Princeton, New Jersey. Dr. Cohen is board-certified by both the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, as well as the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Cohen is one of the few surgeons in the country who performs a true “deep-plane facelift” and is highly sought after for his natural-looking facial rejuvenation procedures. He is also recognized for his unique techniques in rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty that create balanced and lasting results.

When not in the OR, Dr. Cohen can likely be found exercising in his garage gym or on the Peloton, playing sports, or spending time with his beautiful wife and kids (Axel and Juliette).

Brenda Pellicane, MD, FAAD

Dr. Pellicane is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training and experience in cosmetic dermatology and cutaneous laser surgery. Upon receiving a full academic scholarship to attend the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her Dermatology residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan where she served as chief resident and received multiple awards for academic excellence. She was also a clinical research fellow at both the Center for Clinical Studies in Houston, Texas and Northwestern University’s Department of Dermatology in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Pellicane has authored numerous manuscripts and textbook chapters on a variety of dermatologic subjects. She also enjoys educating individuals at a variety of stages in their healthcare journey; from high school students exploring a career in medicine to Dermatology residents looking to acquire new skills or hone existing ones. Dr. Pellicane is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and Women’s Dermatologic Society.

Dr. Pellicane is a native of Rockville. She attended Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart from junior kindergarten through high school. After completing her aforementioned medical training, she was thrilled to return to the area. She currently resides in Rockville with her husband and three children and enjoys personal fitness, Ravens football, and baking. Her true professional joy is establishing meaningful, long-lasting relationships with her patients.

Joshua Davis, RN, BSN

Joshua Davis, BSN, RN, is the founder and creative master-mind behind ToxJosh Studios. Josh’s vision for ToxJosh studios started when he saw the need for a creative outlet for aesthetic providers who are passionate about holistic transformations. The TJS team is dedicated to helping patients discover the best version of themselves - inside and out.  

In the aesthetics or beauty industry, it is easy to get derailed by unrealistic expectations created by the images we are constantly bombarded with on television, social media, etc.  I wanted to create a place where people could come and feel safe to discover the best version of themselves. I strongly believe there has to be an inner transformation that comes with any aesthetic work - at the end of the day, I want to help each of my patients be able to look in the mirror and truly LOVE who they see looking back. 

Joshua Davis, BSN, RN, received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University, and Bachelor of Musical Arts from Vanderbilt University. Joshua started his nursing career in Trauma ICU & Multi-Specialty Critical Care and transitioned into Aesthetics & Management in 2012. With his meticulous eye to detail and naturalism in aesthetics, Josh’s work soon began to be recognized on social media outlets, being voted in the Top 100 Injectors in the United States in 2018 through 2022, appointed to the Merz Aesthetics Advisory Board in 2019, and a Independent Consultant for Prollenium, and a KOL for Cartessa.  

Better known as ToxJosh, he has quickly become a social media icon in the field of aesthetics, performing Instagram takeovers for major industry companies, has motivated audiences for aesthetic professional organizations around the world, and has helped create Social Media Network Groups with some of the top social media influencers in the industry. 

Megan Francis, AGPCNP-BC

Megan is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, based out of Arlington Virginia, and grew up in the area as well. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, in 2010 from James Madison University.  After working for several years in Intensive Care and home health nursing, she decided to make the switch to aesthetic medicine in 2015, as well as continue her education as a nurse practitioner. She graduated from The George Washington University, in 2018 with a Master of Science in Nursing degree, as an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.  She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau- International Nursing Honor Society, and Golden Key International Honor Society, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She began her career in aesthetic medicine as a nurse injection specialist, becoming certified in advanced aesthetic injection techniques. She makes training and continuing education a priority. By training consistently and attending aesthetic conferences each year, she stays on the cutting edge of aesthetic medicine. She founded NM Aesthetics|Wellness in 2018 to use her passion and joy of aesthetic medicine to enhance the lives of others.

Her business is a “patient first” model, meaning that Megan’s priority is to provide a comfortable, easy going experience without pressure to do more or spend more than what is needed to achieve the desired result. Unlike the typical MedSpa visit, Megan’s goal is to give her clients a more personal experience. She aspires to not only hear her patient’s aesthetic goals, but to personally take part in the development of a plan that will safely and ethically provide the best possible result. 

Megan likes to pay it forward in the aesthetic community and is a national trainer for Galderma, speaker for Cartessa Aesthetics, and provides personalized private trainings as well. She is a Nurse Practitioner Preceptor for The George Washington University, and also has an online educational community on Patreon. She has a passion for aesthetic medicine, and loves to share her knowledge and experience with other providers.

While Megan prides herself in her work ethic and self owned business, she enjoys free time with her husband, family and friends, and she is also cat mom. Megan is excited by the opportunity to help others feel their best, but her heart and passion is in living a health conscious life. When she’s not working with patients, you can usually find the plant mom at Whole Foods, Orange Theory, Pilates, hiking, or Echostage- working on her inner and outer health. Looking and feeling good is the mission, and that same drive is what inspired her business model. Megan is dedicated to giving patients a personalized and professional experience where they can walk away feeling fulfilled and like the best version of themselves.
